Yes, only stocks and FX in cash on USD/CDN pair a few times a year when opportuntity presents itself.

Whats your focus on the cdn mrkts now, which sector Jay?

Hey I am sitting on my hands for a couple of days, VIX is down today , so that could mean that the market is stabilizing, but I am waiting it out right now. If you want to look at a certain area look at the shippers OCNF, PRGN, DRYS, RAMS. Also looking at PCX and some other energy plays. There has been huge call volume on X as well, keep an eye on it. Right now just watching.

OTC (if I know where it's going and who's taking it there), TSX Venture exchange, TSX, NYX and AMEX -- I trade for the long termthough I am looking at amping up potetial profits by using options -- over the next few months I am launching a cyclic/seasonal trade site offering futures and forex trades properly hedged (I tested the trades over 18 months and the return is over 1,000% -- including losers -- for the year.
